1 3/4 drop kit for 2005-2010 Jeep wk or xk. It is CNC machined from solid 1” thick 1045 steel.
There are no welds on our drops. These are designed to work with OEM or poly bushings that are the same as stock width.
Kit includes brackets, spacers, bolts, and instructions.

About
With IFS when we lift our Jeep the differintial raises with the body. When this is done it puts the axles at extreme angles and causes premature failure. Our kits drop the Diff back down to near factory angles with a 4" lift.

If you have reached 21.5" hub to fender without a diff drop your axles are in undue stress. This is the height we recommend to put a diff drop on. At this height you have a 3" lift. Our kit is designed to work up to a 4" lift 22.5"
For those that run 6" lift we use our diff drop but you will need Superlift LCA drop and steering knuckles. This moves the lCA down away from axle to lift above 22.5 ". Once going above 4" pushes the CV axle down into LCA. With the LCA drop it moves it down out if way . This allows lift to go above 4".

Number one issue is going above 4'" lift (22.5" hub center to fender measurement) Axle will start contacting LCA. We designed to work at 3-4" lift Max.
Please measure before ordering. If running strut spacers they double lift height. 2" adds 4" lift

Install typically takes around 4hrs depending on the skills of the mechanic. The Brackets are straightforward bolt-on. The rear cross-member notch takes the longest. Can be done without removing the diff but takes longer.

We recommend while doing this kit to upgrade all your Diff bushings and prop shaft while it is apart. Not necessary but the majority are at the end of life if they have not been changed.
